The franchise has been established for 9 years, with a long term brand history within the Wollongong region. Originally a distributor salon in a Wollongong arcade on Crown Street, the salon was converted in 2004 to a franchise with the relocation of the salon into the GPT shopping centre, Wollongong Central. By 2012, the salon was at capacity and moved to larger premises.
Over the years the salon has developed a large, brand-loyal clientele. Therapists have come and gone, however clients have continued to visit the salon due to the reputation of the brand, the training of the staff and the warm environment in which we have created. On average, we welcome 90 new clients a month into the business.
